SO in LOVE

No, this isn't another wedding blog! I had a family session yesterday with a beautiful couple who are so in love with their new baby it was just adorable to watch. I often caught myself laughing and just staring at them instead of taking their picture (Doh). I did manage to get some good ones for the teasers though!

Thank you so much for a beautiful session!!

On the move...

I had so much fun chasing this little blond sweetheart this afternoon! Apparently he hadn't had a nap that morning but you wouldn't have known it by the way he ran all around the park! With his charming smile and beautiful eyes, he's will be a heartbreaker when he gets older! A few from our time together

Thanks for running around with me today!!

A very trilingual family!

Today I had the privilege of working with a beautiful, tenacious, independent and very intelligent 2 year old! She already speaks 3 languages and learned how to work my camera in 5 minutes! The main subject of this shoot however, was her adorable little 2 week old brother. This little guy is already every bit as amazing as his big sister. Here are a few from the morning.

Thank you so much for a really fun morning!

AMAZING things come to those who wait!

This weekend I had the honor of photographing a wedding worth waiting for! This adoring couple went to high school together but didn't actually date until many years later. In fact, at first, the bride wanted nothing to do with the idea but once she figured out that this man could quite possibly be amazing if she gave him a chance.....well the rest is in the photos! Here is a sample of the incredible day!

Kearney is the coach of a high school field hockey team (with her sister), I couldn't resist posting these beautiful athletes all dressed up

Thank you both for letting me share in something remarkable!

A little ball full of energy!

I had so much fun with this family today! This little guy is not only FULL of energy he is very very perceptive! Most of the tricks we used to get him to smile for the camera he was able to pick up on and evade right away! Luckily his parents are very patient and very playful!!

Thanks so much for letting me play with you guys today! It's off to bed early now, I'm beat!!!

Wonderful, the way this day made me feel!

Here are a few teasers from the wedding this past weekend. Normally I try not to repeat the same pictures from Facebook but once in a while there are people who don't have access to FB (like the parents of the bride and groom). So apologies for the repeats!! I will blog about this entire wedding once I am finished with the gallery!

Sister, brothers, one's never complete without the others

Today I had a really fun session with 3 amazing siblings. They were such good sports it made my job so easy and the time flew. I was enjoying myself so much I probably could have spent 3 more hours with each of them!! They have no idea at this age how important they will be to each other as they get older!!

Thanks guys for letting me be a part of your morning!!

The Cape

For those that don't already know, I also market on Cape Cod.  A couple weeks ago I "vacationed" at my parents place and my dear childhood (4-H camp) friend came to visit with her amazing husband and BEAUTIFUL daughter. We hadn't seen each other in over 10 years so this was an event for us and as most childhood friends do, we picked up right where we left off. This friend will always have a very special place in my heart.

We met and bonded while away at 4-H camp together and it was only fitting that her daughters first campfire and S'mores was in our company.

Posting these photos make me want S'more ::laugh::

The next day we headed out to the beach to take advantage of the color and ohhhhh was there color!!!

Then an outfit and hair change for a couple more. My dog, Murphy, had to step in and help.

As you can see by the extra long blog, I had a hard time picking favorites. I guess between the serene backdrop of the Cape, my love for my friend and a stunning little 2 year old you are destined for great shots!!
